Meals are packed in insulated cold boxes with cold packs to stay chilled during transit. We ship via FedEx and UPS.
Are these frozen meals?
No. Our meals are fresh and chilled, never frozen. Cooked by our top-rated restaurant partners, rapidly chilled, and shipped by Fedex Ground or Fedex 2Day Air for maximum freshness.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every box can be purchased as a one-time order — no commitments, no auto-renewals. But if you'd like automated deliveries and savings, we offer a Subscribe & Save option with up to 10% off. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime. Your choice.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all 48 contiguous states.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer deeply discounted shipping and it costs only $6.95 for eastern states and $14.95 for western states.
What about allergies?
Our meals are prepared in restaurant kitchens that may process milk, wheat, soy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Details are on each product page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives significantly damaged, send us pictures and we will file a claim with Fedex and if they approve, we will send you a replacement box or offer a full refund.
